Our SERVICES

PROFESSIONAL FIDUCIARY SERVICES

We will accept appointments and serve as a Professional Trustee (including Special Needs Trustee), Conservator, Executor, Administrator, and Agent under an Asset Management Power of Attorney. Services in these capacities include the following:    

  • Professional management of assets 

    • Collection of assets 

    • Inventory and valuation

    • Asset sales and reinvestment (if applicable)

    • Income collection and bill payment 

    • All tax filings 

    • Asset analysis required for resulting trust funding 

    • Distribution per trust, will, or probate code

  • Care Management and Coordination 

    • Coordination with care consultant and manager to generate a care plan 

    • Review and monitoring of care and resource providers 

    • Asset depletion analysis 

  • Court-Supervised Appointments 

    • Coordination with outside counsel 

    • Preparation and service of legal notices

    • Preparation of mandatory court accountings and reports 

    • Insurance bonding 

In connection with these services, outside agents will be hired to assist in the professional management of securities, real estate, business entities, and disposition of personal property, as needed. 

ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES

We will assist individuals who are serving in a fiduciary capacity (trustee, conservator, executor or administrator) with all necessary fiduciary accounting and record keeping services. These services will also extend to individuals not acting in a fiduciary capacity who may need assistance with routine financial management (outside of formal services under an asset management power of attorney). These services consist of the following:     

  • Preparation of fiduciary accounting 

  • Bill payment 

  • Simple financial statement preparation and backup for tax filing assistance 

  • Distribution analysis 

  • Amortization schedules 

  • Document organization and record keeping

CONSULTATION AND PLANNING SERVICES

We will consult with individuals to review existing estate planning documents and make recommendations for additional or follow-up services necessary. These services will enhance the financial management services advisors render to their clients. Referrals will be made to legal professionals if review and analysis renders additional legal work. These services consist of the following:

  • Review of existing estate planning documents including trust diagram and flowchart

  • Review of asset titling and beneficiary designation as it relates to existing estate plan

  • Analysis and projection regarding liquidity and distribution as it relates to existing estate plan
